A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date for Holiday Cottages or 1 week before arrival date for Courtyard rooms and campsite.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment in full is not received in line with the payment policy above.
Cancellations:
Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date for Holiday cottages, or 1 week prior to the arrival date for Courtyard Rooms and the campsite will be charged 25% of the total booking cost (The deposit). Cancellations after this time will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
Amendments to your stay:
You may request an amendment to the dates of your booking prior to the full balance being due but this may be subject to the forfeit of your deposit and we can not make any guarantees to accommodate your request.
Any amendments to the dates of your stay after the full balance is due will count as a cancellation.
We strongly recommend the purchase of holiday insurance should you need to cancel or amend your holiday.
